Maker Opportunities from Craft Scotland

Creative Resilience Diaries

Craft Scotland is looking for 5 makers to take part in a research project being led by Dr Charlotte Gilmore that looks at mapping resilience within the creative industries.

We want to give makers the space to share their lived experiences during the pandemic, through the creation of a virtual diary over a three-week window.

Dr Charlotte Gilmore is working with four Scottish partners (Vue Art, the University of Edinburgh Art Collection, the Red Note Ensemble and Craft Scotland) to ensure a diverse range of artists and makers are represented.

The research project will result in a collective diary format that will allow artists and makers to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and its impact on their working lives and practices.

Apply before 5pm, Thursday 9 July 2020 https://www.craftscotland.org/community/opportunity/creative-resilience-diaries
