Potclays are facing additional challenges this year with unprecedented order volumes and global supply chain difficulties. If you need your order before Christmas, to give them the best chance of getting it to you in time, they request that you place it by Tuesday 30 November.
- Their upper showroom and collection point are open to visitors until close of business on Wednesday 22/12/21.
- Their lower showroom will close a day earlier on Tuesday 21/12/21 to facilitate our stock-take.
- Their phone lines only will be open until 11:00am on Thursday 23/12/21.
- They will reopen at 8.30am Monday 10/01/22
DELIVERIES
Potclays will make every effort to despatch orders required for Christmas in good time, but are not able to guarantee Christmas delivery due to unprecedented order volumes/a significant backlog, and global supply chain difficulties.
GIFT VOUCHERS
The good news is that Potclays can guarantee email delivery of gift vouchers before Christmas, right up until close of business on Wednesday 22 December. Just send your request to sales@potclays.co.uk.
If you ask for your gift voucher to be posted to you instead, they will use Royal Mail 1st Class Letter for UK addresses, so please note their last posting dates.
Allow plenty of time for posting: Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.
