In addition to our standard terms and conditions of sale which can be viewed here, please note our clearance event T&C’s:

• This is an online-only event therefore these offers are not valid for orders placed by email or over the phone, with the exception of orders placed from our list of clearance bisque.

• Regrettably we cannot accommodate collections of sale orders at this time.

• Full payment must be made at the time of order. Credit facilities are not available for the duration of the online sale event.

• Discounts apply to in-stock items only and we reserve the right to cancel any back-orders received for out-of-stock goods.

• Sale discounts/promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount e.g. Potters Association or educational discount.

• Discounts, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice.
