I make handbuilt vessels with layered printed and painted surfaces, and have been exhibiting my work since graduating in the mid 1990s. My pieces are non functional, with inspiration for each project over the last few years drawing from travel, souvenirs, museum collections and taxidermy. My most recent pieces were inspired by plants and formal gardens. I run Cyan Clayworks cic in Edinburgh, where we offer courses, tuition and a membership.
