My creations consist of simple but strong forms with textural surface details. I am passionate about self-sourcing local organic materials and using these materials to develop my own glaze. This technique means that my collections are limited and truly reflect where I am at that time in my life.
Using a mixture of porcelain, stoneware and wild clay; I experiment in developing my own ash glazes and inspired by traditional Japanese ceramics but also taking influence from the Scottish wilderness.
